The Senior Architect will act as site representative for all matters related to architectural works to ensure compliance to contract and other project requirements

Monitor implementation/compliance of all project parties to specifications, plans, procedures and standards relating to architectural works

Supervise submission of plans to governing and permitting authorities for land use, zoning and permit approvals

Review material approval request submittals, method statements and shop drawings and provide comments prior to Resident Engineer.

Liaise with the client representatives, contractor, site engineers, project engineers and subcontractors on matters related to architectural works

Review material test results

Review and provide inputs on inspection reports

Review completeness, accuracy and quality of documents, drawings and other submittals before submission to client

Perform quality control checks on contractor’s works

Provide relevant data to QS for the valuation process

Track and monitor inspection and test requests for quantifying works executed
