• Handling ticketing & reservations for customers
• Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel
• Galileo & Amadeus reservation systems and issue and re-issue re validation.
• Maximize sales and revenues by booking and ticketing return journeys, selling holiday packages and other travel related products and services.
• Attend to guest problems, escalating to higher levels as required.
• Keep self-update on product, service, policies and procedures.
• Efficiently handle guests’ reservations and ticketing queries, achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall team revenue, yield and volume targets.
• Comply with all reservation policies and procedures and standards of guest service (i.e. handling guest problems, answering telephone esquires, pre-flight checks, timeliness, courtesy etc)
