· Plan and execute operations activities to deliver sales target.
· Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations (box office, usher, F&B, technical & sales collection etc)
· Maintain, update and improve the operations standards of all cinemas.
· Ensure all operational procedures and systems comply with ISO standard. Maintain and build up continuous excellent customer services
· Liaise with the Marketing/A&P staff in their preparation of Advertising and Marketing plans and ensure that the operations team provides full support.
· Plan and review operational requirement during Budgeting Exercise.
· Conduct/supervise training for operational staff.
· Plan and execute staff training programs.
· Set work target for operational staff and conduct review on staff performance.
· Ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior as and when.
· Maintain good branding and excellent service of operations.
· Ensure film rentals charged by films distributors are kept within the company’s forecasted budget
· Ensure that the Cineplex is never deprived of blockbuster movies to screen, in addition to movies that cater to niche audiences.
· Forge good working relationships with film distributors to ensure supply of exclusive releases in addition to blockbuster movies as well as competitive film rental charges.
