Nestlé Saudi Arabia L.L.C. Sales Training Academy
When: 21st September 2014 / Sunday to Thursday / from 8:30am to 5:30pm
Duration: 2 month
Where: Jeddah
Purpose: To support young Saudis in building their business soft skills at the same time providing them a comprehensive overview towards the roles and responsibilities of a Field Sales Representative.
The program includes Nestle training modules, covering the Merchandising skills (Point of Sales material management & placement), Nestle categories/product knowledge, Sales channels overview, steps of the sales call including field visits. Over and above the participants will also be trained towards effective presentation skills.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants who demonstrate high performance will be prioritized for Field Sales Representative vacancies.
