1. Responsible for Research & Market Analysis.

2. Develop business plan on yearly and monthly basis.

3. Project planning, coordination and management for landscape project implementation.

4. Creating work schedules, hiring personnel.

5. Provide work cost estimates to customers and serve as a liaison between workers and clients.

6. Performs administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting of landscaping department.

7. Manage a portfolio of landscaping projects including the after sales service maximizing customer satisfaction.

8. Train and mentor field supervisors and crew personnel.

9. Promotes high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture and create a positive team environment.
