Job Purpose

To develop and supervise Save the Dream’s initiatives and projects in the field of Social Innovation, and Empowerment including strategic planning, implementation and ensuring the achievement of relevant goals and objectives in such field.

Authorities

Authorized to take decisions within the scope of his/ her level and responsibilities to ensure the successful and smooth implementation of Save the Dream activities and projects in the field of empowerment and social innovation.



Responsibilities

 Work directly with the Executive Director of Save the Dream to scale up and direct the Social Innovation related projects

 Prepare the relevant strategic and annual plans and budgets for the approval of the Executive Director of Save the Dream.

 Manage the financial resources agreed with the Executive Director of Save the Dream in accordance with ICSS rules and regulations.

 Develop and supervise the implementation of Save the Dream activities in the field of education and empowerment.

 Plan and coordinate relevant events to inspire policy-makers and sport leaders on the promotion and protection of sport values within youth

 Liaise with the Save the Dream High Level Panel and assist the Executive Director of Save the Dream in the creation of new offices when appropriate.

 Establish alliances and partnerships.

 Supervise specific projects, conferences and workshops.

 Deputise Save the Dream Executive Director during leaves and missions upon request.

 Manage ICSS employees under his/her supervision, as well as external consultants and professional advisors.

 Perform other duties or activities as required by the supervisor as appropriate.

 Identification of new initiatives, projects and partners in the field of empowerment and social innovation

 Conduct fund raising related activities

 Preparing budgets

 Providing guidance to the staff and contractors under his supervision
