An Accessory Sales Executive promotes sale of vehicle accessories and arranges for installation of accessories ensuring maximum profitability and highest customer satisfaction.
1. Receive customers, identify needs of customers and provide information on the requested accessory, sell and close the deal.
2. Promote accessory products in stock, advice customers on different types of accessories for vehicles.
3. Explain the features and benefits of the products to the customer.
4. Collect details of prospective customer inquiries and inform customers when products are available.
5. Make appointments for customers for accessory installation at the Accessory Fitment Center.
6. Maintain stock of accessory products and send inventory status reports to Supervisor.
7. Prepare quotation for a legal purchaser after receipt of purchase order.
8. Check parts for availability, quantity, price with warehouse and post transfer request on IMS.
9. Prepare sales order and cash/credit invoice for the customer.
10. Prepare picking list of parts on the basis of purchase order and ensure timely delivery of accessories to the customers.
11. Follow up on net price quotations and supply of back order quantities with Marketing & Pricing and Inventory department of the Parts Division.
12. File copies of sales invoices for maintaining records.
