Responsible and accountable for:
• You are responsible to perform assigned human resource functions under the guidance of country human resource office and under supervision of Recruitment Supervisor/Manager according to the Salehiya human resource policies.
Main tasks:
• Assist the Recruitment Supervisor/Manager in implementing the annual recruitment plan
• Receive employment applications, update HR data base and send acknowledgement letters to candidates who have applied for (co-worker level)positions
• Conducts 1st interview for candidate and provide feedback to the Recruitment Supervisor/Manager
• Assist Recruitment Supervisor/Manager in arranging interviews and appointments of short listed candidate
• Support Recruitment Supervisor/Manager with weekly up-date on recruitment progress
• Prepare employment offer letter for selected candidate and maintain / update employee file
• Ensure contract has been signed and acknowledged
• Ensure handover of the complete name tag, staff ID card and staff handbook to the new hired employees
• Assist conducting orientation programme / sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
• You are responsible to up-date the Organization Chart on monthly basis
• Process all documentation for new hired employee.
• Update the HR database about employee evaluation results
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operation.
