Support Real Estate Economists and Directors building client presentations that help apartment, office, industrial, and retail investors identify opportunities for investment.
Leverage the website and economic databases to enhance Portfolio research.
Consolidate and synthesize data from multiple sources, using Microsoft Access and advanced functionality in Excel including vlookup and pivot tables.
Update and create impactful charts and slides for high visibility conferences, webinars, and research papers.
Perform ad hoc, custom client research and provide support for delivery of work to clients.
One of the primary goals of this position is to learn the skills needed to become a real estate economist, including understanding of what market data means and being able to communicate this to others.
