We are looking for an energetic, creative leader to spearhead our efforts to market to corporate customers and drive demand generation.



Responsibilities:

- Define and clearly outline the marketing strategy and objectives

- Build an overall budget, defining areas of focus and partners

- Create, lead and implement a demand generation plan capable of delivering measurable and quality lead generation

- Plan, direct and execute corporate communication activities like press releases, annual reports, executive presentations and other projects as required

- Liaise & engage with partners to secure successful preparations & timely execution of activities according to plan

- Systemize and monitor a rich reservoir of employer marketing collateral. This reservoir would include mailers to educate, excite, sell, cross-sell and up-sell including sales email templates, sales presentations and promotional mailers. Educate the sales force on the usage of employer marketing collateral.

- Create and manage the corporate social media strategy to increase SEO traffic to the employer section and SEM registrations to the employer pages respectively

- Gather, measure and continuously deliver ROI/leads generated/pipeline reporting metrics against goals set forth on all executed activities and business plans

- Work with 3rd party suppliers to deliver local marketing activities to support sales in regional offices
