Job Summary
Provide tech support for all end users either in person, on a remote control session or by phone. Will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing IT assets as users move through appointed locations. Maintain the stock of IT equipment and provide replacement or repair of older equipment. Coordinate with remote techs the repair and or replacement of IT assets as needed.
Principle Accountabilities
- Prepare new and used computers for use in the Network. Microsoft Domain knowledge a plus.
- Must be able to troubleshoot network problems, both on the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN).
- Must have a strong background in Networking computers, printers, scanners.
- Configure routers and Wireless Access Points (WAP).
- Must have a strong background in using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Configure Outlook Mail. Must have working knowledge of Outlook 2007 and 2010
- Must have working knowledge of DHCP and TCP/IP
- Must have the ability to communicate in English that which he is working on for customer.
