1- preparing schematics- preliminary designs 2- conceptual drawings 3- preparing architectural drawings 4- ability to prepare the following: BOQ, FF&E, Material sample boards, specification sheets ect... 5- highly skilled in using 2D and 3D, sketchup, Vray, 3D Max, photoshop ( min. 3 skills) 6- strong communication skills 7- ability to design Landscape/ Hardscape & lighting 8-ability to finish any administrative work related to projects
