Qualifications
Business related degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, MBA a plus
Member of Human Resource Societies eg CIPD, ASHR, SHRM
Professional development that demonstrates further HR knowledge
Competence
15 years+ experience including both in-house and consulting roles
Experience within both developed and developing markets
Solid HR knowledge (in particular policies/procedures, grading and nationalization) and understanding of balanced scorecard techniques (diversity of previous roles) / performance management / Learning and Development
Recruitment and Selection expertise (interviewing, psychometrics)
Experience within family run businesses a plus
Change management experience
Power to influence at all levels (working with stakeholders of varying interests)
Skills
Ability to promote the HR function internally
