• Monthly closing of Shared Services GL and Preparation of Monthly complete variance analysis monthly.

• Prepare global monthly metrics; analyse spend data and report trends, inconsistencies with problem expense reports, and make recommendations for improvement

• Fixed Asset accounting and intercompany accounting

• Ensure business process documentation is adequate and up to date

• Work with shared service provider on General Ledger process improvements, documentation and issue resolution

• Assist Financial Controller for any projects which impact this process area (including annual audit support)

• Other ad hoc projects as assigned
