• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration, Customization and Development. As well in Developing Internet/Intranet portals on SharePoint Server

• Strong understanding of OOP principles and enterprise design patterns

• understanding and development Presales and proof of concept development

• CRM Development Experience including Plug-in development,Custom workflow assembly development,CRM form programming,Custom page integration,CRM Customization

• Strong .NET Development Experience including ASP.NET, AJAX, WCF, WF, Silverlight

• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code

• Solid Understanding for the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code

• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications

• Architect-level experience with medium to large, complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform enterprise design, implementations, and upgrades utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

• Solid Experience in Installation, Configuration, Development, Administration and Deployment activities For SPS 2010/2013.

• Thorough knowledge on SharePoint Object Model, Branding, BCS, Metadata Store, Work-flows, OOTB, event receivers, Custom web parts

• Developing status indicators (KPI’s), charts using the OOTB SharePoint web parts, PerformancePoint, and Excel Services to be displayed in dashboards for both SharePoint 2010 & 2013

• Oversees and participates in the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of enterprise solutions involving Collaboration Portals, Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Search and Business Intelligence using SharePoint Server 2010 / 2013

• Solid Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services

• Solid Experience in MS SQL Server, SSRS and Crystal Reports

• Recommend products, innovations and process changes to improve quality of service delivery and management

• Must have valid related Microsoft certification for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013

• Must have valid related Microsoft certification for Microsoft SharePoint 2010/ 2013
