 Evaluate SME loan / facilities application

 Maintain highest quality of pre-screening with least error rates.

 Highlight frauds, if any, identified in the sourcing channel.

 Service level, evaluation and CPV turn-around time to be met.

 All queries and issues to be resolved and responded to on timely basis and provide a daily productivity report to Sr. Associate / Associate on a regular basis.

 Highlight all issues/complaints to Associate / Sr. Associate relating to the loan applications and processes.

 Maximum level of accuracy in evaluation of SME Loan Processing to be maintained.

 Evaluation of distributed cases to be met as per the given guidelines.

 Carry out system checks, evaluate financial statements & raise the cases for credit visits within the turn-around agreed with business.

 Conduct CPV where applicable.

 Undertake credit underwriting within the policy guidelines of the Bank
