To verify accuracy of financial documents related to automotive division's new projects and ensure adherence of the same to organization’s accounting and financial system, analyse financial information related to the department and prepare financial statements and feasibility reports for the same. Contribute towards business development improvement resulting in organization growth. Consolidate project-wise financial information and prepare MIS reports for automotive division's new projects, including General Ledger, Trading Account, P&L statement, Cost of Sales Report, Local Purchase Statement (Cash & Credit); send related information to Finance & Accounts department¨ Perform financial analysis and prepare related reports based on business and statutory requirements as and when required¨ Compile information and assist in budget preparation and other business planning exercises. Prepare and consolidate accounts related to a given auto departments.¨ Review and reconcile Sales Register and Deposits Register¨ Prepare CAPEX requests and control assets related information and files. Review Deposit Register on a periodic basis and liaise with Finance & Accounts for related information¨ Conduct periodical verification of inventories and cash and prepare reconciliation of book balances with physical balances.¨ Conduct periodical review and analysis of receivables and collections and in exceptional cases Contact customers for realizing outstanding dues¨ Comply with Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures affecting self and others¨ Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner¨ Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration¨ Contribute to the department’s development by providing timely suggestions and feedback.¨ Make requisite attempts to handle customer complaints in a prompt and effective manner and as per company policies and practices and escalate cases to his/her superior if required.
