Position Summary:

The beauty store manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding Sales & KPIs established by the management, through coaching staff and managers on how to sell our world-class service and build a long-term customer relationship

Essential Functions:

- Achieve sales goals while displaying prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional Customer Service.

- Take initiative to present and sell merchandise in a professional and proficient manner through product demonstration.

- Train, Coach and develop a staff of beauty advisors/ make-up artists to achieve their personal productivity and company goals and objectives.

- Support selling effort by maintaining the store through stock replenishment and good housekeeping procedures.

- The role will also involve some buying responsibilities
