• Contributing to the overall success of our enterprise by supporting Wintel & Microsoft infrastructure.• Installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise level servers and storage hardware and applications.• Provide Level 2 support and quick resolution for problems escalated by service desk & L1 engineers.• To provide expert skills in areas of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Virtualization and Infrastructure Applications.• Troubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner for complex multi-vendor system issues in hardware, operating system and related infrastructure.• Performing proactive and reactive upgrades and maintenance outside of business hours, following the company's change management and operational procedures.• To support complex enterprise systems and network demanding 24x7 availability
