1. Networking, configuration and maintenance. 2. Windows Server, (Mail, DNS, DHCP, DC, Hyper-V, ISA, SQL, Cluster, Security, and Disaster Recovery …) installation and maintenance. 3. CISCO switches/routers, LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless configuration and maintenance. 4. To install & troubleshoot computer, P.O.S., printer. 5. Coordinate network problems with Assistant IT Manager to get outside support if necessary. 6. To document specific duties, activities, problems solved and issues resolved. 7. To document all the network, hardware operation and resources procedures. 8. Provide servers backup and restore database servers. 9. Check the wireless connection in the old store on a daily basis.
