• Provide analytical and technical solutions to service desk calls raised by business users within all the business locations of THE COMPANY within UAE.• Provide efficient technical support for hardware and software within all Group companies in the assigned regions in order to meet all Service level agreements.• Assisting in the maintenance of workstations, printers, IT equipment and systems and client software.• Resolve problems and issues via telephone or providing clarifications by e-mail or site visits ensuring quality in accord with agreed service levels. • Execute projects in line with project specifications and coordination with the Customer Support Manager to provide the appropriate support requirements for projects. • Plan, follow and prioritize time and tasks to complete the project in line with project parameters • Provide adequate support to meet the hardware and software requirements for new projects and/or IMAC’s
