KEY RESPONSIBILITIES includes: Coordinating with internal ( CS, FULFILLMENT, LOGISTICS) customers and external customers to resolve any issues or to arrange for special deliveries and special requests. To handle special projects for various customers and communicate all updates and progress via email, phone, and reports when needed.Ensures that consignment are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery.Ensures that shipment arrives and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.Resolve customer problems & complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.Verifies accuracy of physical inventory when needed.Provides logistical support to supervisor & Managers.Provide support for local area safety liaison as needed.
