We are looking for an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to work in our Central Food Production Facility based at Dajeej, Farwaniya. You will be reporting to the Hygiene Manager.



Responsibilities to include:



- Prepare work schedule; assign cleaning staff to specific areas of the CPF as per the schedule



- Monitor staff performance and attendance



- Maintain stock levels of all cleaning products and replenish as required



- Control of hazardous and dangerous products ensuring proper storage and careful handling



- Ensure cleanliness of all equipment and all areas of the facility.



- Plan work around production schedules with minimum disruption to production personnel



Requirements:



- Minimum 2-3 year's experience in a similar role



- Food Production background will be a definite advantage



- Knowledge of HACCP/COSHH



- Good Communications skills.
