Create customer focused reports and KPI's to demonstrate our high service and quality standards. Strategic Sourcing Projects: To work & develop long term projects with partners to open new markets for products’ supply as well as to improve availability & cost. Inventory Strategy: To develop an overall Inventory Strategy.  To give global visibility of all Inventory within the company along with the enhanced IT systems to allow optimization of held inventory, improve cash flow and allow to reduce storage cost. Budget Planning: To create and deliver annual budget to meet customer needs and help to achieve company profit target Planning Strategy: To develop an overall Planning Strategy to meet the growth aspirations and vision of the company to give the business a competitive edge. Economic Projects: To work & develop long term projects with partners to reduce cost with strategic planning with better use of IT an intermodal systems. Also to open new countries of product supply to improve availability & cost.
