The Role:



You will work with the Sales Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales. You will coach and develop new and existing members of staff and deputise for the Sales Manager during periods of absence.



Qualifications & Requirements:



You will have/be:



PC literate



At least 3 years' retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level)



Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skills would also be an advantage)



A good level of secondary education.
