The Role:



The Assistant Production Manager- Pastry is an essential part of the team overseeing the smooth running of the commissary, ensuring all food is produced according to recipe, all standards on heath and hygiene are maintained at all times and the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also monitor daily work assigned to employees ensuring guidelines are followed and in case of deviations, corrective measures to be taken immediately.



Qualifications & Requirements:

- At least 3 years' previous volume food production experience in a commissary or similar environment. - A qualified Pastry Chef.- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.- Commercially aware.
