• The ideal candidate will help determine financial strategy and policy • Supervise / assist in management of Accounts Payable, Cashiers and Credit Control• Weekly reports for Management• Review and assist with preparing Cash flow• Ensure supplier accounts are accurate• Resolve complex queries with internal and external customers and suppliers• Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts and resolve problems as needed• Arrange and attend meetings to ensure smooth Sales and Credit process, Purchase and Invoice process, as required• Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively• Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow• Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings • Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis
