• Grow Givaudan business with designated area/sub-region by managing top and bottom line

• Manage Country Business Managers and company representatives within designated area/sub-region, create a performing environment with motivated talented individuals

• Develop a thorough understanding of the business potential in the designated area/sub-region

• Develop relationships with senior level owners and management at key accounts

• Build, communicate and implement a growth strategy for designated area/sub-region; approve the strategic plans for key accounts in the area of responsibility; identify and create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in core lists of all strategic accounts

• Drive internal efforts to achieve strategy, collaborating with Regional Management, Creative Fragrance Management, Perfumery, Marketing, Consumer Research, Applications and Technology, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources, setting priorities based on profitability analysis

• Monitor competitor activity

• Monitor Sales and Gross Profit Margin (including KPIs and budget) within area/sub-region, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure business goals are achieved

• Support country business managers in managing pricing negotiations within specific geographic area, in accordance with company guidelines

• Ensure implementation of negotiated pricing agreements; support Customer Care in managing and optimising Supply Chain; support Credit Management in collecting receivables

• Manage expense budget

• Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

• Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines
