Responsible and Accountable for:



You are responsible to handle daily cash transactions at IKEA Store, make routine petty cash payments and attend the cashier window



Main Tasks:

- You are assigned to collect, count, and disburse money

- You should able to sort, count and wrap currency and coins

- You are assigned to complete daily routine banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals

- You are responsible to maintain store petty cash float

- You are responsible to prepare or validate payment voucher and make payments

- You issue the cheques to the suppliers & employees and complete the payment transactions

- You receive cash/Cheques and issue receipt vouchers

- You reconcile your daily cash float transactions and day end petty cash balance

- You should maintain periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions

- You are responsible to remit required funds for inter branch transactions (if requested)
