The vacancies are for very famous and dominant electronics brands. Applicants must have a vast knowledge in the electronics multi brand sales, including tablets, Laptops, smart phones, home appliances, etc...



Responsibilities include:



- Responsible for leading and managing the store operation to deliver the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability.



- Implements store operating plans, to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Perform market studies when necessary.



- Leads the store team effectively to ensure the implementation of plans, policies and procedures (setting goals and objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees), to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.



- Creating schedules making sure staff allocation is ideal.



- Manage the store vacation plan and day off to ensure maximum staffs are available on the store floor.



- Ensure the effective merchandising and replenishment of the store in line with the company guidelines.



- Ensure the highest scores are achieved on Mystery Shopping and store Audits.



- Responsible for the inventory, maintenance and General appearance of the store.



- Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers, suppliers, back office departments.



-Manage order placement activities to maximize sales and meet stock performance objectives and ensure that stock receiving is done accurately.



- Ensures cash management policies and procedures and other related procedures are followed and cash registers are accurately reconciled.



- Solve operational problems including customers’ complaints in coordination with Back office, to ensure operational effectiveness and increase customers’ satisfaction.



- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other Shop Managers to develop and share best practices and ideas. Prepare reports on store performance in order to support operational decision-making.



- Ensure the Sales team compliancy in training and performance.



-Assist in projects and tasks that might be requested by the management.



- Reports to Sales Manager
