. Promotes the company's products by using his/her own car through attracting new customers with minimum 8 visits per day and handles both the public and the private sector. Identifies, prepares and participates in all tenders in private and public sector.
2. Participates in the development of the annual marketing and strategic plans for responsible products and participates in determining the volume of sales.
3. Evaluates the performance of the supervised employees, leads by examples; adheres to the company’s ethics and standards.
4. Follows-up on the monthly plan for each product.
5. Controls and evaluates the activities of sales, includes the identification of areas of trading, and sales quotas and takes appropriate corrective action to raise the level of performance after returning to the upper management.
6. Supports the salesmen with their required training and participates as a lecturer in the training procedure.
7. Researches and identifies general Customer critical success factors as a basis for identifying innovative sales, support and service opportunities which deliver improved Customer business performance & lead to long term favorable Customer relationships.
8. Builds relationship and maintain good contacts with the Key Opinion Leaders (senior customers & decision makers)
9. Conducts researches regarding all needed information related to products, competition, technical information, new suppliers that fall within the scope of the department.
10. Develops the sales strategy and portfolio of the company in the market.
11. Urges to get sales objectives set by the management.
12. Fills a daily report regarding the daily activities.
13. Maintains the good corporate physical appearance as it reflects the image of the company.
14. Performs any other duties or functions as may be required or advised by the management.
