We are currently looking to recruit a Regional HSEQ Director for a leading business serving the Oil and Gas industry. A European owned business with global footprint they have a heavy presence across the GCC.

The HSEQ director will lead and influence the development of the Regional HSEQ management systems, strategic direction and focus as well as the Regional HSEQ team, including the development of Regional policies, management system, standards and HSEQ plans.

Other key functions of the role include:

Analysis and reporting of Regional HSEQ performance and strategies to improve performance across all business operations in the region.

Ensure operational safety is kept at the forefront of employees mind, ensure safe operational practices, processes, training and communications are in place and being adhered to.

Ensure that the Regional quality management system is compliant with externally accredited ISO standards.

Setting Direction - provide overall leadership and direction to the Regional HSEQ team.

Implement Corporate and Regional KPI’s and targets for HSEQ.

Initiate and lead HSEQ development projects to continually improve HSEQ performance across the Region.
