Ecolab QSR is the premier supplier of cleaning and sanitation products, programs, training and services to the quick serve restaurant industry. The Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for partnering with our customers in an assigned territory, providing them with personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.



Main Responsibilities



• Accountable for the achievement of sales, expense and customer visit frequency targets for assigned territory, as defined by regional plan.

• Develop & enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently & maintaining own schedule.

• Advise customers on quality assurance & conduct customer store visits to help maintain clean and sanitary establishments.

• Provide food safety & sanitation advice, as well as education & training at store level.

• Utilize problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills to install & maintain dispensing systems.

• Maintain accurate customer service/activity records and provide monthly reporting.

• Other duties as assigned.
