Provide technical and drafting skills using advanced computer-aided drafting - CAD tools
Prepare/complete detailed architectural design and construction drawings
Ability to make changes or modifications according to the suggestions of the architect as instructed by the Head/Deputy Head of Production
Transform sketches provided by the Architects/Designers into accurate 2D drawings
Create manual and computer based drawings according to the requirements of the client.
Produce all the required drawings within the timeframe/deadlines for completion
Assist Deputy Head of Production in finalizing the designs by creating 2D/3D drawings.
Assist with the proper filing and archiving of drawing.
Knowledge of CAD software - to complete the drawing projects and ensure accuracy of the measurements in the drawings
Assist in building a CAD library of informative drawings and essential construction details
Carries out similar or related duties as assigned by the Head of Production / Deputy Head
