Job Scope:

Select and breed artificial insemination techniques and keeping records starting from crossing, pregnancy, calving and feedlotting to re-mating.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up breeding life cycle model for next 5 generations• Conduct planned sheep and beef breeding programs to achieve the production targets within assigned time frame such as large volume of pure meat breeds within next 7-8 years.• Control and coordinate farming operations to breed and raise livestock.• Evaluate breeding programs and their outputs. Provide future direction accordingly.• Lead breeding team and train staff• Estimate the cost of 5-7 years breeding programs and expected production and profits.• Provide quality advice on market demands and trends
