Develop a complete understanding of the Refinery’s operating facilities associated Instrumentation and Control system
Coordinate with instrument Engineers to assess training needs of supervisors & technicians
Develop a skill improvement program
Develop appropriate courses, schedule, and conduct courses
Closely coordinate with instrument Engineers and system vendors for Repair / Maintenance and Service of Training systems .( Honeywell TDC 3000, Invensys I/A, Invensys Triconex, Honeywell FSC, Bently Nevada, 3500 series system, & System 1, Didactic plants )
Servicing, maintenance and overhauling of field devices like Control Valves, Field Sensors / Transmitters to provide a reliable process measurement and control instruments
Maintain training equipment historical and performance records.
Project the future spare parts requirement and new training system requirement
Supervise on behalf of the Company Contract workforce for third party Major Projects.
