Job Purpose

Process all tax payments and obligations of Sadara and ensure compliance with national and international regulations.

Functional Duties

1. Provide timely and reliable financial information to internal and external users.

2. Support various departments and divisions regarding tax regulations and payments to ensure compliance with Sadara polices and tax regulations.

3. Oversee the preparation and payment of applicable taxes to ensure Sadara’s tax obligations are managed effectively

4. Allocate Sadara’s revenues efficiently amongst reporting cycles in order to optimize tax payments and align them with cash flows.

5. Coordinate year-end audits with external and internal auditors to ensure Sadara’s tax records are properly maintained.

6. Collaborate with Sadara’s legal professionals to ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements.

7. Develop and implement necessary polices to ensure compliance with all relevant portions of Sadara’s HSE Policies.

8. Develop and maintain Sadara’s tax policies and internal control systems and ensure the integrity of the tax policies & procedures.

9. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
