Play a key role in the development of the Organization’s various plans (e.g., strategic plan, operating plan, etc) and the supervision of the implementation of these plans by all departments.
• Monitor the implementation of the strategy and other plans and programs.
• Assess progress of the implementation of various regulatory plans and propose remedies to overcome obstacles.
• Conduct on a regular basis telecommunications sector research.
• Manage consultation and coordination processes.
• Maintain up to date understanding of issues relating to telecommunications market and regulation in Qatar, the Middle East and worldwide.
