Responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.



Job Details:



•Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

•Answering queries from customers. And giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

•Aid customers in locating merchandise; ensure no customer is unattended

•Responsible dealing with customer complaints and Communicate customer requests and complaints to management.

•Be involved in stock control and management.

•Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

•Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.

•Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.

•Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and stocking shelves with merchandise.

•Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.

•Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.

•Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
