We are looking for a young, Energetic and Confident Individual to look after the Business Development and handle the Sales Account.
The selected candidate will be reporting to the General Manager.
Educational Qualification :
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Relevant Experience/ Training :
A minimum of seven years experience
The Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to :
1) Exceeds corporate goals through development and implementation of strategic plans .
2) Creates Annual Business Development Plan aligned with firm’s vision and business strategy.
3) Develops and implements strategic Marketing Plan to achieve goals.
4) Sets target teams to implement the business plan and assigns roles and responsibilities for targeting teams according to market segmentation plan and target plan.
5) Reviews and evaluates proposals and pricing strategy
6) Reviews Action Plan and coordinates with Client Targeting Team to follow up proposal progress status.
7) Communicates proposal award to the Head of Operation and Contract Department
8) Prepares and sends Acceptance/Denial letter via e-mail to the concerned client.
9) Performs the level of analysis necessary to produce solutions that satisfy client requirements
10) Reviews, studies and discusses Feasibility Report prepared by the Marketing Intelligence Team with the Board of Directors.
11) Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads.
12) Prepares and delivers professional presentations to key clients.
