Our client is the largest Corrugated packaging (box manufacturer) employing thousands of employees.
They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where you willmanage their 4 manufacturing sites.
Role description
Reporting into the Plant Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the entire Engineering & Maintenance function across all 4 sites in Jeddah and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You will also be responsible for the following:
1. Ensure company safety standards are adhered to.
2. Ensure correct manning level and competent technician skill level.
3. Ensure unscheduled machine downtime is in accordance to target.
4. Ensure planned maintenance is effective and adhered to.
5. Ensure spare part inventory is at acceptable level.
6. Ensure plant maintenance costs are within budget.
7. Ensure machine part life expectancy is achieved.
The successful candidate will receive a TAX FREE salary between SAR40,000 - SAR50,000 based purely on the clients internal bench-marking, plus Medical insurance and annual flights (self and family).
