As Operations Manager Contact Centre, you will manage and monitor smooth running of the Non Air Support operations by implementing best practice policies and procedures within the Contact Centre, and lead the team to achieve individual, Contact Centre and business-wide objectives.
(Non Air within this context refers to the management of hotel, leisure & ground product bookings.)
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Managing the daily operations of the Non Air Support operations to ensure that the objectives are consistently met.
•Coach, manage, develop and motivate direct reporting Team Leaders. Conduct regular performance reviews ensuring that objectives and development plans are clearly set out and provide regular feedback to team members and to management.
•Analyse operational data to determine trends; provide and implement recommendations and solutions to increase service and quality and efficiency.
•Regularly communicate with other dnata Travel departments to share knowledge, ideas and best practices.
