Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating business in Qatar for 18 years and has sole distribution Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron and Godrej in the country.
Responsibilities:
Budgeting: To prepare the annual service department budget by taking into account the Units in operation, future units sale, past performance to ensure that the Company's Objective of growth is in line with the Market conditions.
Revenue & Profit : To achieve and exceed the budgeted target on Net sales, Gross Margins and Net profit by maximizing the revenue streams and optimizing key Service KPI's of Productivity, Efficiency and Utilization.
CSV : To develop, implement and improve the service process to enhance the Customer service experience and retain CSI no 1
Dealers Standards : To work with the principles on developing, implementing and improving on the Standard service transaction of Domasco for all the locations across Qatar
Customer Retention : To develop, implement and improve CRM activities to improve Customer retention and service coverage ratio by proactively anticipating the changing Customer needs and demands
Staff Retention: To develop and implement systems for motivating the team members to increase their engagement levels and attract new comers to be a company of choice through training & development, regular meetings and defining career path for highly engaged workforce.
Facility, Manpower & Equipment Planning : To assess and recommend the requirement of Facility, manpower and Equipment in anticipation of the future business requirement
