To lead the marketing agenda and function for Africa, Middle East & South Asia regions.
This role defines the vision and strategy for a complete marketing approach, organizing and delivering the company’s overall Brand reputation and vitality. The role requires the holder to develop a programme to retain the existing user base, as well as supporting the commercial function in acquiring new customers.
This role sets the policies and framework for comprehensive marketing CRM across Africa, Middle East & South Asia, and establishing best practice to drive transformation in the overall marketing approach as well as putting data at the centre of everything that marketing encompasses, ultimately enabling the transition to a value selling model.
