A leading Luxury Fashion Retail Company, are looking for a high caliber person ~ General Manager to manage their retail shops.





Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the P/L and performance of all the retail operations

• Identifying business opportunities, and seeking ways to expand and develop the business

• Formulating strategies and providing leadership in leading the business forward, enhancing/marketing the branding and outlet image, enhancing the service quality (including customer loyalty program), managing the logistics and inventory, strengthening the teams, and developing the people.

• Supporting and monitoring the outlets in achieving their business objectives, including financial, operations, customer service, marketing and promotion, and buying objectives.

• Monitoring and analyzing the fashion trend, customers’ feedback, outlets performance, and competitors’ activities.
