Responsible for initiating and developing IT and Managed Services business in the Middle east. The qualified candidate must have experience selling IT and Managed Services to enterprise level businesses and organizations

Develop the Business Unit’s business plan and appropriate strategies in line with the Group’s strategy, business plan and financial objectives.

Experience in leading Sales professionals focused on selling IT products and solutions to solve business issues and deliver value to our clients

Exploring new markets/geographies and preparing a market penetrating strategy

Experience in preparing sales strategy and plan and in proactively generating demand, leads etc.

Experience in identifying and developing partnership with local partners/players to drive growth

Experience in working with Technology Vendors in tapping opportunities

Knowledge of modern office/IT environments including e-safety/security and other office procedures and practices

General knowledge of economy/industry and awareness of company goals

Prepare the Business Unit’s budget in line with the Group’s overall budget.

Develop, update, modify and implement best practices policies, sub-policies and procedures and ensure continuous improvement and proper implementation.

Develop, update and modify the department’s positional structure and ensure it is in line with leading practices and operational needs.

Responsible of the planning of the Business Unit’s manpower needs.

Lead and manage the business unit human resources activities including; recruitments, resignations, succession plans for key positions, increments, bonuses, job descriptions, setting objectives, performance review, training plans, final settlements, etc.

Responsible for setting the Business Unit’s operations profit margins

Approve procurement transactions as per the approved authority matrices.

Approve credit facility transactions (i.e. new customer’s credit facility and/or increasing credit facility limit for existing customers) as per the approved authority matrices.

Responsible of designing the Business Units’ staff incentives’ schemes in line with the Human Resources overall guidelines.

Responsible of designing the Business Unit’s promotion activities taking into account the legal and marketing views.

Responsible of designing the Business Unit’s discounts authority matrix.

Ensure sustainable growth of the Division’s revenue and profitability.

Manage the Division’s financial resources effectively and build platforms for growth.

Optimize internal cost efficiency.

Optimize efficiency of customer service operations to boost customer satisfaction.

Generate new customers to meet sales target.

Manage the Division’s current businesses effectively and efficiently utilizing world-class standards.

Enhance corporate image and brand recognition.
