dubizzle is looking for a Consumer Experience Manager



At the moment you could work in an agency, for a sweet brand, as an independent guru, or be from Neptune - to us it doesn’t matter as long as you can bring strong leadership to one of the region’s best online brands, and take analytical thinking, through logical strategy, and into a downright awesome execution in the science and art of customer support.



We know our brand is the glue that holds the dubizzle universe together. The way we build our site, the way we interact with our customers and the way we market our wow services all stem from the same values that are rooted in our brand essence.



What you’ll do:



• Will essentially go into a deeper interpretation of our performance numbers and our user's behavior patterns to draw our communication messages map to use with dubizzle customers during the different life cycle phases

• Setting our Messages, Approaches, mediums & tools

• Responsible for managing 3 teams:



1. Moderation Team: (ad moderation), The main objectives is to work on the overall team productivity in order to reach the best ATTL with the minimum number of head counts, Improve the quality of the posted Ads, finding tools to legalize the commercial ads & Work on getting the over all cancel rate down



2. Retention team (word of mouth), The main objective is to regain the trust of the consumers who used dubizzle only once in year/ quarter but never came back to use it again. Enable us having a bigger room of achieving our NNL targets through using implementing Smart and wowing retention plans communication tools to use " Calls, SMS, Visits, e-mails, Social media & WOW gifts"



3. SWAT team (on ground team), to work outside Cairo, Giza and Alexandria mainly to educate people in the agricultural areas why to use classifieds & how to use dubizzle.
