Reed Global are working in partnership with a key business in the education sector. Our client requires an Account Manager to control all key client information, ensuring all contractual obligations and customer service expectations are met.



This role reports into the Managing Director, assuming responsibility for processing newly qualified clients into the company's operating systems. This is a new position, created specifically to manage the increase in new business and client services.



Applicants for this role must show a proven history in a similar position with responsibility for client information management. We are specifically interested in candidates with strong relationship building skills who are able to work with internal and external contacts to meet business targets.



A background in marketing would be advantageous given the role's ultimately responsibility for delivering service and product information across the customer-base. The key requirement for Reed Global will be to assess the organisational ability of applicants.
