• Releasing stock items and updating the system accordingly

• Prompt updating all inventory transactions.

• Ensuring sufficient stocks inventory and initiate replenishment when necessary.

• Proper housekeeping and effective locating system for items prompt traceability.

• Providing a clear filing system for purchase requisition forms and other documents.

• Ensures Compliance with company and relevant authorities existing and new procedures/policies from time to time.

• To keep the warehouse tidy and clean

• Clean Supply Chain offices and files.

• Help the forklift driver in unloading coils

• Remove dust from raw material containers before issuing to production

• Removing woods and band straps from container after unloading.

• To carry out task deemed necessary when asked by his direct superior.

• Other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
