•Undertakes investigations, designs, calculations, reports, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities for Infrastructure Utilities.



•Develops designs from concept through the detailed design and then onto final Authority approvals.



•Coordinates the delivery of design outputs including the necessary quality assurance checking.



•Liaises with Authorities, the Client, Contractors, Consultants and other members of the wider organization.



•Reviews and inspects construction activities to ensure compliance with designs, drawings and specifications.



•Reviews and approves documentation as required.



•Reports to the Engineering Manager on deliverables.



•Produces quality outcomes to the required time frames.
